Fixing and maintenance
When fixing these tiles in place, we recommend using a low water content tile adhesive. Recommended adhesive Keraquick White Tile Adhesive and Latex Plus Additive.
As with any man made tile that is polished, microscopic pores can appear during the polishing process which can be susceptible to holding dirt or grout. Seal with LTP MPG sealer, both before and after grouting. When using coloured grouts it is always advisable to test a small area first. For everyday cleaning, we only recommend LTP Waxwash.

Q & A
Hey Patricia, These tiles are natural stone products, so they will have to be cleaned and maintained correctly. they do require sealing before and after grouting, with our LTP MPG Sealer (https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-cleaning-protecting-ltp-mpg-tile-sealer-11270). Cleaning these tiles with general household cleaners or a steam cleaner may break the sealant down over time, so we recommend cleaning them with our LTP Waxwash (https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-cleaning-protecting-ltp-waxwash-tile-maintenance). Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.
Hi Linda, You can order a sample online or you can ring us on 01536 31 47 30 and we will do it for you. Yes, they will be suitable for underfloor heating, however, you will need to take some extra precautions. We will advise using ani fracture membrane and very flexible adhesive and grout. I would recommend using Keraquick Grey Tile Adhesive with added Liquid Latex for extra flexibility and Ultracolour Plus 112 Medium Grey Tile Grout. Kind regards,
Hi Laura, These tiles have a polished surface which may become slippery when wet. Previous customers who have used these tiles in wet areas have done so in conjunction with a bath mat. Here's a link to our range of Anti Slip Tiles: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/anti-slip-tiles Kind regards, Walls and Floors
Hi Sarah, These Quartz tiles are predominantly medium grey with silver mirror flecks. We would advise ordering a sample to see the tile in your own lighting situation to ensure you are happy with the colour and finish before placing your main order. Kind regards, Walls and Floors
