Hi Karen, The slabs will come as just that pattern, however, as they have a stone effect, the variation means that some of the slabs will have different 'markings' on. This is to give them a more authentic stone look. I hope that helps! Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

Hi Maggie Thank you for your query. We advise ordering around 10% extra to allow for tiles wasted when cutting etc... this normally means you won't have to end up ordering extra after the job has started thereby avoiding extra delivery costs for example. Kind regards walls and Floors
