Are these tiles more slippy when wet than tiles that are used specifically as floor tiles?Our Advice

Hoi Linda, These tiles are matt, so will have some anti-slip properties. They have however not got an anti-slip rating. These can be used on the floor, but I would recommend ordering a sample prior to your main order, to see if It provides enough slip resistance for your project. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors

Are these suitable for a garden pathway?Our Advice

Hey Catherine, These tiles are Porcelain, so although they are frost-resistant, they don't have an anti-slip rating. This means they could cause a hazard in wet/ icy weather. It would be at your own risk to use these externally.

Do I need to pre-seal these tiles before laying on a bathroom floor?Our Advice

Hey Adrienne, These tiles are porcelain, so they are not porous. They don't require sealing prior to laying but we would always advise to seal the tiles and grout lines once laid with https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-cleaning-protecting-ltp-grout-tile-protector-sealer This will help to keep grout lines clean and make your tiles easier to maintain.

Can these be used on an open fire harth? Our Advice

Hello Kate, Yes these tiles can be used in a fire hearth providing the tile is at least 7 inches away from the direct flame/heat source, Please also note a flexible adhesive will need to be used when laying these tiles in this area,
