Q & A
Hi Pascale Thanks for your query. These are much larger than the usual tile used for a splash back but so long as they are fitted correctly there is no reason they can't be used. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hello Liz Thank you for your query. The tiles can be used on a bathroom floor however they don't have an official anti-slip rating so the use of a bath matt or similar may be required. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Paula These tiles are made from durable frost resistant porcelain and can be used outside however they only have a matt finish and not an anti-slip surface. Depending on the exact project requirements you may want to consider an anti-slip tile for safety in the wet. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Debbie I can confirm that these tiles are suitable for use in a kitchen. They are light-mid grey in colour, however, to ensure the colour is just what you are looking for, we would recommend you order a sample. There is one other colour in the range which is a darker grey, here is a link to that tile; https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/opus-concrete-effect-tiles-cinereous-grey-tiles Kind Regards, Walls and Floors
Hi Henrietta These tiles can be used in bathrooms, and the R9 anti-slip rating will provide a small amount of grip when wet. Whilst most customer will use a bath mat or towel in the immediate wet areas, we would recommend obtaining a sample to test, to ensure it is suitable for your personal requirements before making your final decision. If you wish to discuss your project, alternative tiles with better anti-slip properties or to arrange samples or a quotation, please call our Sales team on 01536 314730 or request a call-back via the link below, and they will be more than happy to help you. https://ideas.wallsandfloors.co.uk/request-a-callback Regards Walls And Floors

Hi Samira, These tiles can be used on correctly prepared walls. You will need to ensure that the walls are of sufficient construction to support the weight, but if in doubt we would recommend preparing the wall with the Hardie Back boards: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/hardiebacker-board-james-hardie For more information on substrate weight limits, please refer to the Tile Association website: https://www.tiles.org.uk/services/frequently-asked-questions/#16 Regards Walls And Floors
