Can these be fitted above a wood burning fireOur Advice

Hi Elaine, We do not recommend fitting the wood panels near a heat source. We do have a wood slat effect tile that would be safer and better suited for this area, please see link below: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?q=timber%20wood%20slat%20ceramic%20wall%20tile Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Can these panels be joined to make them higher? Our Advice

Hi Chris, Yes, as long as you take your time with the installation, you can join them at the top to make them taller. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH EXISTING POWER POINTS?Our Advice

Good Afternoon Brian, Thank you for your query. A popular option for installing around power points and sockets would be to cut the panels to allow access to the outlets. The panels are nice and straightforward to cut - we recommend a small handsaw for the wood veneer and core, and a sharp Stanley blade for the felt. Many Thanks, Walls and Floors

How do you fix these panels to the wallOur Advice

Hi Graham, The panels are so easy to install. You can either use a board-fix adhesive or screw to the wall through the felt backing using 38mm black screws. Please see our installation guide for further information. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

Is this product approved for use in bathrooms? Our Advice

Hello Maria, Unfortunately, the Trepanel Acoustic panels are not suitable for usage in a Bathroom. The felt backing will absorb moisture and may damage over time. We do have a similar porcelain tile alternative, which is suitable for usage in a bathroom. I have attached this below for you. https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?q=timber%20wood%20slat Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.
