Are these tiles ok to be used as a splashback above a gas cooker? Our Advice

Good Afternoon Emily, Thank you for your query. Absolutely - this tile is a durable porcelain and would be suitable for use as a splashback. We do advise to ensure that the tiles are a minimum of six inches away from any heat source. For some extra protection against dirt and stains for your splashback, we would recommend our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector. You can find this at the link below: - https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-porcelain-tile-protector Many Thanks, Walls and Floors

Hi, are these tiles suitable for use on a fireplace? Are they heatproof? Thanks. Our Advice

Good Afternoon Amy, Thank you for reaching out. Provided the tiles are installed a minimum of six inches away from the heat source, this should be a suitable application. Please ensure you utilise a heat resistant adhesive for the installation. We recommend the below: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/palace-heat-resistant-tile-adhesive-10-kg? Hi, what's the recommend grout line for these and how much is the recommend adhesive to put on ir 8mm castles etc. ThanksOur Advice

Hello Dan, Floors require a minimum of a 3mm grout joint, and walls require a minimum of 2mm. You can go larger, it is a personal preference. One bag of 20kg adhesive covers 5m² (approximately. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

As the Dante sand flower tile (being used on our floor) is not white, can you recommend a plain wall tile to coordinate please. Our cupboards are a sage green like the Dante tile so it needs to be as light as possible. Thank you.Our Advice

Hi Liz We have a plain tile in the Dante range: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/dante-white-plain-tiles I am not sure if this is the kind of tile you are looking for? If not, please call us and we will b happy to suggest some options for you. Kind regards Walls and Floors

Hello, could you tell me if these tiles (and the plain white ones from the same collection) are pure white or cream? They look different in some photos. I'm looking for a warm cream shade. Thank you!Our Advice

Hello These tiles are not a bright white, they are a slightly off-white shade. We would recommend ordering a sample just to make sure you are happy with the shade for your project as the shade of the tile can also vary depending on the lighting in the area you are going to lay them in. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
