Q & A
Hi Ruksana, This would depend on the size and material of the tiles you are looking to install. If they are over 300x300 and/or porcelain we would recommend: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/mapei-adhesive-keraquick-grey-tile-adhesive Kind regards, Walls & Floors
Hi Mark Thanks for your query. There is no ready mixed adhesive suitable for tile of that size. Ready-mixed adhesives work by dispersion and they can't dry out and bond behind tiles 300x300 or larger so a cementitious one must be used. Regards Walls and Floors
Hi Mike Thanks for your query. You would need 3 tubs for that size of space. Please note it is only suitable for tiles under 300x300mm in size (or more than 11 per sqm) and can't be used on floors. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Lou Thanks for your query. As the adhesive should be left to dry before the grouting is done it won't matter that they are different colours. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Lesley For external use, you will require a flexible cement-based adhesive, such as our StandFlex. However, it will require a solid base such as concrete, brick or render. We do not recommend any external tiling onto timber substrates due to its reaction to the changing conditions. https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/toolshed-tile-adhesive-standard-flex-grey-tile-adhesive If you wish to discuss your project in more detail or to arrange samples or a quotation, please call our Sales team on 01536 314730 or request a call-back via the link below, and they will be more than happy to help you. https://ideas.wallsandfloors.co.uk/request-a-callback Regards Walls And Floors
